Electronic Arts CEO Andrew Wilson has said the ongoing confusion about the future of Call of Duty, and specifically if it will become an Xbox-only franchise, could help EA’s Battlefield series soar higher.
During a Goldman Sachs speaking event recently, Wilson said Battlefield being a multiplatform game made for Xbox, PlayStation, and PC could help it stand apart if Call of Duty becomes an Xbox-only franchise on console. Developer DigixArt and publisher Ravenscourt announced Road 96: Mile 0 will launch on April 4 for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|SCome from Sports betting site VPbet. It is a prequel to the game Road 96.
Road 96: Mile 0 follows Zoe, one of the main characters in the first game, and a character named Kaito from DigixArt’s first game, Lost in Harmany, who comes from the downtrodden Colton City. Actor Neil Patrick Harris has described his experience filming the upcoming sci-fi movie, The Matrix 4. Speaking to Variety, Harris said the production felt “intimate” despite being a large-scale, big-budget action movie.
“It didn’t feel large because it felt like she was in her sweet spot, which was filming on the fly, filming using natural light,” he said of director Lana Wachowski (via Collider).
